⚠️ Risk Warning: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Automated trading can amplify both gains and losses. You should carefully consider whether trading cryptocurrencies is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CryptoBot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CryptoBot is an Android application that automates cryptocurrency trading on the Kraken exchange. The App executes trades according to user-configurable strategies and parameters. CryptoBot does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial planning services.

3. User Responsibilities

API Key Security: You are responsible for creating and managing your Kraken API keys. We strongly recommend trade-only keys with withdrawal permissions disabled. CryptoBot is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised API keys.
Strategy Configuration: You are solely responsible for the trading strategies, parameters, and risk settings you configure. The App executes what you tell it to execute.
Paper Trading: You agree to complete the mandatory paper trading period before enabling live trading. Skipping or rushing this process increases your risk of loss.
Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency trading and automated trading systems.
Account Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use CryptoBot.

4. No Investment Advice

CryptoBot is a tool for executing trades, not an advisory service. Nothing in the App — including Guardian AI scores, Scout Radar rankings, backtest results, Strategy Coach content, or optimizer recommendations — constitutes investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. All trading decisions are yours alone.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

By using CryptoBot, you acknowledge and accept that:

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable.
Automated trading can result in rapid losses, including the complete loss of your trading capital.
Past performance of any strategy — whether in backtests, paper trading, or live trading — does not guarantee future results.
Technical issues (network interruptions, exchange API downtime, device failure) may cause missed trades, duplicate trades, or failed order execution.
Guardian AI trust scores are statistical estimates, not guarantees of trade quality or profitability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoBot and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

Trading losses of any kind
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Damages resulting from App errors, bugs, crashes, or unavailability
Damages resulting from exchange API limitations, outages, or rate limiting
Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your device or API keys

You use CryptoBot entirely at your own risk. The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Subscription & Billing

CryptoBot offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription tier. Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing and are governed by Google's Terms of Service for subscriptions. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, name, logo, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Rodane Mcdonald. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without explicit permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App. Pro subscriptions must be canceled through Google Play to prevent further billing.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
